Payment Details & Terms :

Please note: Delivery times depend solely on the courier companies. During Black Friday or other busy periods, delays may occur due to very high volumes. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Order and Confirmation

To place an order on our website, you must select the desired products, add the required quantity to the cart and finalize the order by filling in the billing and delivery details. After placing the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the details of the ordered products. This email is proof that your order has been received and will become the contract between the parties.

Orders can be placed both with and without an active user account on the website.
Special products, which are not usually in stock, will have the delivery date communicated later and require full payment in advance.

2. Prices and Payment Methods

The prices displayed on the site include VAT and are valid on the date of placing the order. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before the order is finalized.

~ Bank transfer: based on a proforma invoice to the company’s account

~ Cash on delivery: Available for orders with a value of up to €100, directly to the courier.

~ For products specially ordered or not in stock, full payment in advance is mandatory (bank account).
~ Customers who choose to pay in full in advance by electronic methods benefit from an additional 5% discount applied to the total order, including products already on sale or at a reduced price. This discount rewards customers who make advance payments and is automatically applied when completing the order in case of electronic payment.

In the event that a price or other product details are displayed incorrectly due to technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer of the problem.

3. Product Delivery

Delivery is made throughout Spain and Portugal, and the shipping cost is borne by the seller for orders of €100 or more paid in advance. Products that do not qualify for free shipping due to large dimensions or packaging will be clearly labeled to inform customers of the applicable shipping costs.

Orders confirmed by phone by a Sport-Direct operator and paid in full in advance by 1:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) are prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day, if the products are in stock. For custom-made products or special orders, the delivery time will be communicated by phone by the Deposib team.
Delivery time: Delivery time depends on the classification of areas made by courier companies. For main localities (with courier depots), delivery is made in 1-3 days, while for more remote or difficult to reach areas, the delivery time can reach 7 days.
Cash on delivery (cash on delivery): For orders with cash on delivery (cash on delivery), a 5% processing fee is applied and does not benefit from free shipping, parcel insurance and opening of the parcel upon delivery. Deposib Expert Srl reserves the right not to deliver the products if the order value exceeds 1,000 lei. Deposib agents will contact you to discuss delivery and payment options.
During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), delays in delivery may occur due to the high volume of orders at couriers.

4. Product Reception

Customers are required to check the integrity of the packages at the time of payment.

5. Return Policy

Customers who are individuals have the right to return the products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, according to Ordinance 34/2014. To initiate the return process, contact us at info@ropa-de-marca.com or fill out the return form available on the site.

Specially ordered products can only be returned with our approval and under limited conditions (100% of the product value).

The amount of the return will be refunded to a valid bank account within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product in the warehouse.

6. Warranty and Responsibilities

The delivered products benefit from a warranty according to the legislation and certificates issued by the manufacturer. Keep the invoice and warranty certificate to benefit from legal rights.

Product Reception: Do not accept products that show signs of damage or improper handling.
Deposib is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery and receipt of the products in good condition by the customer.
